Ingredients
- 500 to 600gchicken fillets
- 4cssoy sauce
- 2cloves of garlic
- 1Cauliflower
- 1Greek yogurt
- 1lime
- 2turmeric cartons
Preparation tips
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Rinse them. Coat them with a drizzle of sunflower oil, salt, pepper and turmeric. Arrange them in a single layer with a splash of water in a baking tray then bake for around 20-30 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary during cooking.
- Meanwhile, cut the chicken into strips and marinate them with soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey and crushed garlic cloves.
- Prepare a sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt, lime juice, 1 tbsp of honey, salt and pepper with a fork.
- 10 minutes before the cauliflower is finished cooking, heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and brown the drained chicken strips (do not add salt). When they are golden brown, add the marinade if there is any left.
- Serve hot with the roasted cauliflower and the yogurt sauce.
